I’m looking into revision revision rhinoplasty after 10 years. My side profile is so pretty, but from the front I look like a synchronized swimming athlete.. like a clothespin nose. My nostrils are naturally small too, but whether they raised my nasal tip too much or pinched it, the pinched look is intense. . I’m looking into revision surgery, and I’m worried whether it’ll turn out well. I’m worried the pinched nose might not improve.. I have to spend several days with cotton packed inside my nose, and that feels PTSD-level, so I’m worried. It’ll probably only be comfortable to breathe once at least a month has passed and the swelling inside the nose goes down.. If I didn’t know anything, at least I could be brave.. but trying to do it while knowing makes it even scarier.. If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t get nose surgery. Looking at everyone, it seems like people need at least 2 or 3 surgeries before the shape comes out right.. I really want to go back to my natural nose

Ah, just thinking about that memory feels like it’ll bring on PTSD. For a month, it felt like having a stuffy-nose cold, I guess. .
