It’s been a month since my nose surgery

I thought the swelling between my eyebrows would go down a bit more, but it still hasn’t gone down, so when I look at my nose from the side, it extends completely straight.. I’m not kidding, the height from the glabella to the nasal tip is exactly the same... The clinic says swelling at the glabella goes down late, but I can’t trust that... Also, saying they were only going to reduce one nostril wing, they stitched the lower part of the nasal ala like patchwork, so even though a month has passed, the tip of the nasal ala still has a severe scar... and the alar reduction didn’t work either.. If the surgical result comes out different from what I expected, is it possible to request revision surgery or a refund? Also, suddenly a convex lump of flesh protruded on the nasal dorsum, so I went to the clinic wondering if it might be inflammation, but they said it just looks protruded because the tissue was pushed, and that it’s okay. I don’t trust them... I just keep thinking I shouldn’t have had the surgery.. What should I do
