My midface is the really long type, so lately I keep thinking it might look good if my eyes were a bit more glamorous. Should I get revision surgery or not..? The first and second photos are bare face with only lenses on, and the third and fourth photos are with makeup!

꾸무 Your eyes are already really big and pretty. I don’t think it’s worth doing to the point of taking on the risk of side effects. And the front-to-back ratio of the whites of your eyes is just right, but if you do posterior/lower canthoplasty, more of the white at the outer side may show, so it might look a bit off. It could even make you look like you have sanpaku eyes. If you really want to do something... maybe just raise the line? Personally, I think natural looks pretty, so I’m not really for it, but if you prefer a glamorous look, just revise the double eyelid
