Eye Re-Surgery

My double eyelid surgery from 5 years ago is still botched

<Right eye><Left eye>I had double eyelid surgery around October 2020. But the doctor who operated on me apparently already ran off to another hospital about 1-2 years later; haha It has been 5 years since the surgery, but it keeps getting worse, and the scars are still the same. As you can tell from the photos, it’s just botched. To the point where I wonder how a person’s eyes can even look like this haha Obviously, the scarring looks worse in person than in the photos. I’ve had several consultations for revision surgery, and the words that actually came out of the doctors’ mouths were, “This is at the level of a total beginner who knows absolutely nothing about surgery,” and “This is the first time I’ve seen eyes ruined like this.” I was even turned down multiple times by hospitals specializing in revision surgery, so I’ve given up now, but I’m asking just in case No matter where I go, all they say is that these are not normal eyes. After the double eyelid surgery, I became uglier, so I’ve stayed only in my room like a hikikomori, cut off all contact with people, and even going outside... I paid as much as 5 million won to buy an uglier appearance, and I’m exhausted from living while feeling like I’m not treated as a person. Because of these eyes, I truly didn’t want to live and attempted it several times. Just breathing itself is painful haha Even among people who say their surgery was botched, and everyone around me, their double eyelid surgery really turned out natural and pretty. I don’t know why only I have to live with eyes that are botched to this extent. My life was ruined because of a quack doctor. I would be grateful if you could help me once, with the mindset of saving one person 1. Are these eyes currently eligible for revision surgery? 2. How much restoration would be possible? 3. About how much would revision surgery cost, estimate-wise?
