After having rhinoplasty a few years ago, I was dissatisfied with the shape, so I decided on revision surgery. I looked up reviews in cafes and elsewhere, and searched mainly for private clinics rather than large hospitals. Among the clinics on my list, I looked into the directors’ skills, reviews, and so on. Since it was a revision surgery, I ended up choosing a place with a lot of revision surgery experience. After that, I had consultations at about 3 to 4 places. Most recommended autologous costal cartilage rather than donated rib cartilage, so I chose a clinic that seemed confident with donated rib cartilage. During the consultation, they said they use a 4-point fixation method so the nasal tip would not drop, and I trusted them, so I had surgery at Lowell. After surgery, they also took good care of aftercare such as swelling laser treatment and exfoliation care. It has now been about a month since surgery, and as the swelling goes down, I am becoming more and more satisfied.
This review is for a surgery review pursuing a natural yet refined look.
