1-and-a-half-year orthodontic review

The first long journey in my life that I spent a fairly(?) large amount of money on I recently finished 1 and a half years of orthodontic treatment in May. It came out to 4.5 million won for 1 and a half years (seems like 3 million won per year) + 100,000 won per screw implant, but since I didn't fill the full 1 and a half years and finished in 1 year and 2-3 months, I didn't pay separately for the orthodontic retainer. (I was originally told during the consultation that I would have to pay separately after finishing orthodontics later) When I went around to 3 clinics, A was arch expansion and orthodontics + 1 year B was interproximal reduction + 1 year C was interproximal reduction + 1 and a half years The reason I chose C was that I went in only thinking about tooth alignment, but they consulted with me while looking at photos of my nose angle, jaw angle, and protruding mouth together. They said just aligning the teeth would take 1 year, but if we also move the protruding teeth inward, it would probably take another half year, so I went with the mindset that since I'm doing it anyway, let's do 1 and a half years. In the end, I'm satisfied, the tooth alignment is good, but there are no changes to my side profile or external appearance Would I recommend this dental clinic? ummmmmm First of all, my doctor in charge quit. I don't know if all orthodontic dental clinics are like this, but maybe because it's a large dental clinic, several people are lying down, and the doctor goes back and forth between several patients lying down during one time slot and sees them simultaneously, so the waiting is really long (while lying down during treatment, the doctor is busy going here and there in between). So sometimes it feels very factory-like and makes me go ???. Toward the end, the doctor quit first, so when it was time to remove my braces, I was passed to another doctor. (Well, it was the final stage, so there wasn't any major inconvenience) And on the day I finished orthodontics, during the regular checkup, they had only ever said there was a slight cavity around a molar, which had never been mentioned before, and told me to just pay attention to flossing. But suddenly another doctor popped in, looked at my X-ray from the side, and asked if I wanted to take a detailed X-ray. They told me it would cost 10,000-20,000 won, and since it wasn't much, I said... okay, sure.. and took it. Then they said to the dental hygienist, "^^Look! I found it well, right? You have to catch things like this well," and it somehow looked like they had caught one cavity case, so it slightly pissed me off. After that, they recommended root canal treatment + crown treatment, saying if it decays more later, it could affect the neighboring teeth too. Then I was handed over to a consultant, and while pointing out a different part from what the doctor had mentioned, they were going on about this and that, but they were pointing to a completely different location and acting like they knew, which annoyed me. So, well, I'm not a doctor, but on the X-ray it showed the enamel had weakened to the point of looking faint, and they pointed to that tiny part and told me I needed to do it now. To me it didn't look serious, the consultant was unprofessional, and it felt like they were trying to hold on to someone who would leave after orthodontics and make money off a crown too, so I was pissed. I never even said I would do it after the consultation, but they were talking about setting a date for me, anyway... Even when the doctor said that, I was like ? During regular checkups for a year, they never once recommended a crown, but now that my braces are off, a crown? So I felt like, what is this? And since the consultant couldn't even read the X-ray properly, I ended up thinking maybe it's not a cavity obvious enough for even the consultant to know... Unless my orthodontic retainer comes off or I need orthodontic aftercare, I probably won't go back-!
