My unattractive breasts got a proper volume-up surgery (long post warning)

It was ambiguous to even say I had any breast tissue.. My breasts were completely flat and pressed down like flattened peaches lol They sagged like deflated balloons, and I had no upper volume at all.. Even until my mid-20s, they were not this bad, but after I passed 30, maybe because of aging, they gradually turned into breasts with no shape at all.. Even with a padded bra, they would not gather, and somehow.. it felt like an elementary-schooler body that stopped developing. It was a lifelong complex for me.. But honestly, when no one around me had breast surgery, I did not think much of it either, but as more and more people around me enhanced their breasts, I started wanting it too. I think the surrounding environment does have an influence.. haha Well.. I am satisfied with the result though haha;; I got Motiva 320 cc on both sides. On the day of surgery, I was so nervous that I arrived at MD, where my surgery was scheduled, earlier than the appointment time, but going early did not mean I got taken in early, and of course it proceeded at the scheduled time While waiting, I was so nervous that my facial expression must have looked really bad I do not remember the first day well lol They put in an IV for general anesthesia, and inside I thought, ugh, that hurts Then as soon as I inhaled something, I had no memory, and when I woke up in the recovery room, I felt a bit cold. Around the time I started to feel pain, I was rambling and stuff, so the staff may have been a bit flustered Now it has been a little over a month, and the swelling has gone down a bit, so whenever I have time at home, I test the feel with my hands lol checking if it is settling well~~ For the breast design, both sides ended up matching well in size, and when viewed from the front, the nipple positions are the same too, so I am satisfied with the shape itself. For breast pain, I had occasional tingling, but after about 3 weeks, it disappeared lol These days medical techniques are so good that they say massage is not necessary, but I wondered if massaging once or twice a day might help the feel soften faster, so after passing one month, I have been gently touching them like a massage every morning and evening. Since something that was not there suddenly appeared, I also keep touching them lol Since I have just passed one month, it may be too early to say this or that too hastily, but seeing that they already have enough shape after just a month, I am thinking it is a more manageable surgery than I expected lol The hospital where I had surgery also did not neglect me. Every time I visited, they answered even the small things I asked and managed my care consistently, so I feel like it put wings on my recovery speed. Finding the right hospital really is luck
