Nose Re-Surgery

Side effects from donated costal cartilage revision rhinoplasty?

I’m now 6 months post-op from revision rhinoplasty with silicone and donated costal cartilage. I’ll write down the symptoms I’m feeling now and the symptoms I have. Please understand that this is a bit long 1. First, when I come home after work, my whole nose turns red. It doesn’t happen on my days off, but I don’t know if it’s because work is hard and my condition drops, or because the air conditioner is on too strong and I’m exposed to cold air all day, then when I come home it’s a bit warm, so it’s due to the temperature difference. It’s fine during the day, but it always acts up only in the evening. 2. Sometimes my nose throbs, and there’s a slight tingling feeling?? Sometimes itchiness, pressure.. and stiffness. But it really bothers me. (The clinic said it could be the feeling of nerves coming back.) 3. The nasal tip and bridge still look unnatural. During my first surgery it was done too naturally, so I said I wanted it to look a bit more noticeable, and they raised it ridiculously high starting from the bridge. 4. Maybe because it’s costal cartilage, the nasal tip is too hard, and the nostrils became too long. They’re almost like 110-volt outlet holes,, For now, the thing driving me the most mentally crazy is that my whole nose turns red every evening. There’s no pain, and it gets better by morning, so the clinic says we should keep watching it.. At first I tried taking antibiotics, and it seemed to get better so I stopped, but it turned red again. I also tried steroids and antihistamines, but when I stop the meds, only my skin breaks out, and the redness of my nose doesn’t improve. The small uncomfortable sensations still don’t seem to be getting better either,, Now I’ve even been prescribed Rizaben and have been taking it for a week, but it still gets red only in the evening. My blood circulation is really pretty severely poor, you know?? With the air conditioner wind, my hands and feet get completely cold and don’t come back easily, that 정도.. (But at work they blast the air conditioner so strongly it feels like I’ll get air-conditioning sickness.) Could it be because of that, or is it chronic inflammation.. I’m scared contracture might slowly come. I got so mentally distressed that I had a CT scan and consultation at one of the removal clinics, and they said it doesn’t seem to be contracture and seems like a skin problem. Is there anyone here like me?? Can this happen while recovering at 6 months? Or did I get hit with a side effect.. I saw people who had redness say that even after removal, the redness didn’t improve, so I can’t easily take any action again. If anyone here has had an experience like mine, please help
