They said this would be my last revision surgery......

At first, without knowing anything, after graduating high school, I got a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic in my neighborhood and immediately set a surgery date. I don't have photos, but my original nose... it was a bulbous nose, with no nasal bridge at all, short in length, no columella, anyway it was the worst nose...! The doctor said he would lengthen my nose and raise it with Gore-Tex, so I, knowing nothing..... had nose surgery exactly as the doctor said.. After getting the stitches removed................ I cried my eyes out.... The nasal bridge got higher and the nose length got longer, but the nasal tip was just... It was round like a koala's nose........ But even after the swelling went down, it looked the same, so I was disappointed and had revision surgery at the same place.. The result was, as expected............... totally tragic......... So... again in my neighborhood..... after asking around, I had surgery with a doctor who was famous for being good.... I had surgery with septal cartilage and silicone.... At first, since I thought it was better than before, I was fairly satisfied........... But after 2 months, then 3 and 4 months, scar tissue gradually started forming, and as the columella came down, my nose became worse than before... That is the nose in the first photo.......... I lived under so much stress.... Everyone I met said my nose was too round... blunt.................. I really thought I couldn't go on like this.... so I looked into communities and everywhere, got consultations at several places in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul, and had my 4th revision surgery at a hospital specializing in revision surgery.... For the revision surgery, I had ear cartilage and silicone... The second photo is from the first day, the third photo is after removing the stitches...... The 4th, 5th, and 6th photos are from two months later...... What worries me is that my nose easily develops scar tissue, so I'm scared it will go back to how it was before... At the hospital, the doctor keeps paying attention to it, saying it is a nose that needs good aftercare.. I'm going all the way to Seoul to the hospital again this week.. The nasal tip is still blunt.... They said it will get thinner if I get injections, so I'm going to get those.... I just hope no more scar tissue forms here How does it look? Has it gotten much better compared to before?? Really, surgery is................... something you need to look into caarefully ~ before doing it, I think......... What I really regret is not looking into it at first and immediately booking surgery and foolishly doing it......................
