<After><After><After><After><Before><Before>Around the year before last, I had rhinoplasty done outside Seoul, but by my standards it looked way too natural;; I could accept the side profile, but especially from the front, there wasn’t much of a change... But it wasn’t like there was a functional problem or any complication, so I thought about it a lot. Still, I figured I’m getting plastic surgery to become prettier according to my own taste, so if I’m not aesthetically satisfied, it’s right to do it again. So even though it was far, I went around for consultations at clinics in Gangnam. I wanted the maximum amount of dramatic change, so I mainly visited clinics that could match that. Among them, I felt The Door would suit me the best, and I also thought they had good surgical experience. Autologous costal cartilage was the option that could act well as a support while changing the shape as little as possible, so I used that! When I had my first surgery, I didn’t like the shape of my nose itself, but from the side, it still made my mouth look protruded, so I also had nasolabial angle correction done, and I kept telling them they absolutely had to create a frontal effect too The doctor might have found me a bit annoying..
