I had my first surgery in January (silicone, donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage), and it seemed okay until about 2-3 months ago, but the shape of my nasal tip changed into that kind of ㄷ shape.. My original nose was extremely small and low, and my skin is thin too, so we didn't raise it too aggressively I haven't gone in for a consultation at the hospital where I had the surgery yet, but when I sent them photos on KakaoTalk, they said it's because the step-off between the silicone and the nasal tip has become more severe, and that they would handle it with a procedure; they said I might also get a dermal injection if needed. Can this really be fixed with a procedure..? Also, the implant at the nasal tip is almost faintly showing through white, so I definitely need revision surgery, right..?
익명 I usually don't bring up revision surgery unless it's pretty serious, but the shape definitely does look odd...

wwtree Is a dermal injection a filler..? I personally feel resistant to putting filler in the nose, so how about instead shaving down the ear cartilage that was placed in the nasal tip? My sibling did it that way. Because the ear cartilage was showing through, they shaved down the tip through a closed approach, and after about a week? they said everything had recovered..
eeejjj I'm not exactly sure what they mean by a dermal injection either After shaving it down, is it not showing through and is it staying in place well??

wwtree [@eeejjj] The nasal tip did drop, but since it was originally such a thin, small nose, my younger sibling is very satisfied. It actually feels more natural now

It was a first surgery, and the cartilage showing through was a side effect, so they got aftercare for it; I don't think it's really a good case.. My younger sibling went a little after 6 months, they confirmed the cartilage was showing through, and got free aftercare
