I didn’t think my original nose was bad-looking either, but when I look at selfies taken after rhinoplasty compared with photos from before, the difference is extreme. The nasal tip was spread out and only the nasal bridge was blunt, exactly that avatar nose that often comes up if you search for side effects of nasal filler. The nasal tip is hard and firmly fixed, but I heard that happens with any nasal tip surgery, so I think it can’t be helped. I compared by touching each other’s nasal tips with a friend who used septal cartilage and a friend who used costal cartilage, and none of us can make a pig nose, same thing lol My friend who used septal cartilage and ear cartilage has a hard tip, but somehow it feels a bit soft? Mine is seriously solid. But it doesn’t cause any inconvenience in daily life, so I don’t care. Once I was lying down at night using my phone and dropped it, and I grabbed my nose and seriously rolled around in pain. Anyway, the shape is pretty and it came out in the line I wanted, so I’m satisfied. I recommend doing the nasolabial angle together when getting rhinoplasty.
