I had a slight hump on my nasal bridge and overall my nose had too little presence Also, my midface looked too sunken in, so I really wanted rhinoplasty, but I felt too burdened by and hated the idea of putting in silicone So while going around to different places for consultations, they told me that with my nose, a natural shape improvement would be possible without an implant, so I had implant-free rhinoplasty with the doctor at this clinic~ I went to other clinics too, but without an implant, it seemed hard to create the feeling or look I wanted So I really went to consultations at several clinics, and the line they drew at this clinic was the most natural and pretty even without an implant They also noticed the very subtle hump line first and pointed it out, so I booked right away without hesitation and had surgery They used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and ear dermis, cleaned up the subtly visible hump line, and lifted the drooping nasal tip, and my current nasal line is really exactly the semi-upturned, gently curved nose shape I’d wanted since I was young, so these days every time I look in the mirror I’m so happy, and all I can do is admire it lolololol Since it was implant-free, honestly I didn’t have big expectations, just maybe the nasal tip would become a little sharper than now? That’s what I expected, but... I think the doctor’s aesthetic sense is really good; If there’s anyone here like me who feels burdened by silicone but wants rhinoplasty, I recommend getting an implant-free consultation at this clinic
