I was having such a hard time with pain around my trapezius and shoulders that it was affecting my daily life. Because my trapezius muscles were developed, the connected back muscles also stood out unevenly, so I had a complex about it too Thin T-shirts would cling to me and make the muscles look even more pronounced, so I was always busy covering them with thicker clothes. On top of that, I had slight asymmetry too, so when it came to clothes not looking good on me, I was always number one... I was so stressed that I felt I couldn’t go on like this, so I got trapezius reduction surgery. It’s been 4 months since I had it done, and because I’m impatient, I wondered how I was supposed to wait until the results showed, and the manager said, ‘Whoa, whoa... at least 2 months have to pass.’ Why did time move so slowly… Anyway, I waited. There was some stiffness, but I think that started getting better after about a month. Stretching? I did that consistently too, and it pulled and hurt every time I did it, but they said it was better to do it, so I kept doing it. At times like this, I actually listen pretty well.. Speaking only based on my current state, as you can see in the photos above, the line has been somewhat refined, and more than anything else, my pain has really improved a lot........ When working, by around afternoon I would be so close to the monitor that I’d get turtle neck posture, and I used to live with tingling from my shoulders down to my arms. After the procedure, it may partly be because I made a conscious effort to correct my posture, but now my shoulders truly feel lighter and the numbness is gone. The line matters too, but if you’re worried because of pain, definitely try getting a consultation at least once. Personally, out of all the procedures I’ve had so far, this is the one I’m most satisfied with.
