This is my 3-month review of implant-free nasal tip + hump nose correction! I used ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip!! I definitely felt that as the swelling gradually went down compared to month 1, it started to feel more like my own nose! At first, even though it looked natural, it still felt like I had gotten something done, but now it feels completely natural, like it has settled perfectly onto my face (?) just like my own nose. Since a lot of the swelling has gone down, the line and nasal tip are clearly maintained, and it feels like the overall shape has found its proper place :) Ever since getting implant-free rhinoplasty, the drooping of my nasal tip when I smiled had been my biggest complex, but now that concern has completely disappeared as if it never happened haha. Also, now that 3 months have passed, the unnatural feeling when I smile is going away too haha. If you’re considering implant-free nose surgery, I recommend at least going for a consultation! Rather than simply hearing that it improved, I’m only hearing that it was done “well” in a way that doesn’t look obvious! Thank you, my second father haha
