I went into surgery after doing what I thought was pretty thorough research, hoping to get it right in one go, but over time, my nasal tip started drooping and became blunt-looking If it had been to the point where it didn’t bother me, maybe it would’ve been okay, but I kept looking in the mirror, so I ended up deciding to get revision surgery... sigh I wanted this blunt feeling to improve, with a natural-but-defined line + a slimmer look from the front. But rather than going way~~~~ too glamorous, I wanted the tip to be raised just slightly from my previous nose, in a natural-but-defined way? It’s a bit hard to explain, but anyway that kind of feel! I had the surgery at ㄹㄱ with columella extension, and before the revision, even with nose makeup, it didn’t look slim, so I used to edit photos, but now even with just a little makeup, I can see that it looks slimmer haha
