Eye Surgery Reviews

My eyes looked narrow and timid, but after partial incision + ptosis correction together, they completely...

** It’s only just been a month since surgery, so there’s still some swelling left My eyes had inner double eyelids that were literally as tiny as a pinky fingernail, and even those barely showed, so they were basically treated as monolids, yeah In Korea, where people judge appearances harshly, I think I’ve heard at least ten times in my life from other people that my eyes looked timid or small, and from different people at that;; Every time, it felt awkward to react seriously, so I just laughed it off and said, “I’m going to get double eyelid surgery~” and moved on, but I finally had time and actually got double eyelid surgery..

Honestly, I thought if I were going to get double eyelid surgery, they’d tell me to do epicanthoplasty, upper canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty all together. Because my eyes looked so bad, I thought they’d say we should open them up from all sides and make them bigger. But the doctor said I didn’t need canthoplasty and that we should just do partial incision and ptosis correction. There were other clinics where they recommended every kind of canthoplasty;; Anyway, I also didn’t want to do this and that, so I chose a place with a simple surgical method, and in the end, I think if I’d done canthoplasty, it would have looked too flashy on my face, so I think it was good that I didn’t do it. And since it wasn’t a full incision either, recovery didn’t take as long as I expected.. Because they made tiny partial incisions, there’s no scarring, and the fixation is strong, so for now I’m not worrying about it loosening either (though I’ll know for sure after more swelling goes down). When I was consulting, I didn’t know the difference between non-incisional and partial incision, so I asked. They said that unlike non-incisional surgery, partial incision has a step where unnecessary fat and muscle can be removed, so even people with some eyelid fat can do it. If you have eyelid fat and feel burdened by a full incision, you can probably do partial incision like me. I also have some fat in my eyelids

Later, when the swelling goes down more and the line settles further, I’ll bring another review, yeah
