I had an eye consultation. It's a large hospital that uses an entire building. There are many doctors and many staff members, and the doctor's consultation took about 5 minutes. The doctor was neither particularly kind nor unkind. The staff were kind. They did not recommend things excessively. I'm concerned because it feels factory-like.
