There were some flashy reviews too, but there also seemed to be many reviews with a rounded nasal tip and a moderately flashy look, so I got a consultation! I captured and showed them the nose shape I wanted from reviews here, and maybe because it was definitely a nose they had operated on themselves, they seemed to understand right away. They didn’t just say they would make it exactly the same as the review I showed, but consulted with me in another way tailored to my nose, so I trusted them. They told me my nasal bridge probably didn’t need to be built up that high, and for the nasal tip, they suggested using donated costal cartilage for better maintenance. They said they would open it up and, if ear cartilage needed to be added, they would use ear cartilage too. They seemed honest, and more than anything, they seemed to have clearly understood the line I wanted, so it was good.
