My nose surgery from a long time ago went wrong, so I have a contracted nose. These days I’m looking for a hospital that gives natural results. Because of long-term inflammation, I had the silicone removed a few years ago, and now I only have ear cartilage in the nasal tip.. I kept filing complaints with the hospital where I first had surgery, and I had it removed without spending too much. But my nostrils are so uneven that it keeps bothering me, and the columella also feels crooked.. It feels like a revision after multiple surgeries, but personally I really don’t want to use rib cartilage as much as possible. I’ve only used ear cartilage from one side so far, and I want a hospital that will preserve the cartilage inside as much as possible and use ear cartilage, and that can make both nostrils match well. Could you recommend one? Natural results are a given. Also, for reference, I don’t think I have much of a functional problem, so I excluded ENT clinics and looked only at plastic surgery clinics. The list I picked for natural-looking revision nose reconstruction at plastic surgery clinics is Jeongseok, Siwoo, The Plus, and Chiu. Is there anywhere good at nose reconstruction?
Clinics mentioned
다다정정 I’m also looking at hospitals that have a lot of reviews for contracted noses or difficult noses and are good at them, and I think ㅂㅇㅁ, ㅇㅌ, and ㄹㅅㅌ had some reviews for reconstruction or contracted noses. A lot of people also say their surgical technique is good.
