I had alar reduction through an incision, and I think it turned out naturally well, in my own opinion...???! But there’s a scar and a sunken area, so that bothers me a bit. I can’t really feel a big difference before and after, and I don’t even have comparison photos....... Still, I’m happy because I think I did it cheaply and well.
