It's been over a year since the surgery, so I don't remember the exact cost, but it was in the 700,000 to 800,000 won range. I went thinking only about alar reduction, but they recommended cartilage tying, hump removal, and more, and in the end I only had alar reduction. I went without doing much research, so I didn't know my nose was not a type that could be solved with just alar reduction, so I'm looking into the tip of the nose again now.. The reduction itself I am satisfied with. However, as I was told during the consultation, there is a scar. Unless it is an internal incision, it seems impossible to have no scar at all. I think it would be good to keep that in mind.
