A factory-style hospital with no skill. I only had nose cartilage tying. During the consultation, the director said you can’t know before surgery how slim the tip of the nose will get, and that there’s no such thing as tying it strongly or weakly, and that they just operate the same on everyone. They don’t consider face shape, nose type, or anything, they just churn people out like a factory. I should have avoided it there, but the cost was cheap and it was my first cosmetic surgery, so I trusted them and left it to them, and it got ruined.
1. I had the surgery because I wanted the tip of my nose to become even a little slimmer, but the size of the tip was exactly the same before and after surgery, and now there’s a slight boundary between the tip and the alar area (don’t think of it as a pretty celebrity-like boundary). If anything, it looks even more blunt.
2. The side profile of my nose used to get celebrity-nose comments, but now the tip is slightly drooping so it looks like a hump nose. (If you look at reviews, people say the tip looks lifted and pretty, but that’s all swelling. After at least 3 months, the swelling goes down and the tip definitely droops. When doing tip work without implants, other hospitals put something in the tip to prevent drooping, even a little.)
3. I don’t know whether the director just did a sloppy job, but asymmetry that didn’t exist appeared, and the shape of the nostrils on both sides became different.
4. Scar tissue formed inside the nostril, so if you put a finger inside the nostril, you can feel a round, protruding lump of flesh. If rhinitis gets worse, breathing becomes uncomfortable, and it also gets in the way a lot when blowing your nose. The manager said it would go away over time, but the director says it won’t. Since it’s inside the nose and not visible, you might think it doesn’t matter, but once it happens, it’s uncomfortable.
5. Even this kind of thing is treated as surgery, so when you get revision surgery, the cost goes up several times more. Just don’t do it.
If you look at reviews on the cafe, except for maybe 1 out of 100 people who have really thin skin and large cartilage and therefore do well, all the other reviews show either no change before and after or a weird shape, and there are also a lot of scar issues even with alar reduction. I naively tried to become prettier at a lower price with a non-incisional method and without cartilage or implants, and I learned why doctors use incisions and why they use cartilage or implants.
