When I consulted with the doctor, I told him what shape I wanted and he did exactly that, so I was satisfied. However, there was a bit of a white scar left, but since I think there can't be absolutely no scar at an incision site, I accept that and live with it. It definitely doesn't look like a pinched nose or anything like that.
