I’m posting this after 3 months. Advantages 1. It looks natural: I wanted the kind of extreme natural look that makes people who haven’t seen me in a while not recognize me, and it was exactly what I wanted. 2. It definitely has an effect: Because they put in a large amount of septal cartilage to raise the nasal tip, the alar base is round and large, but it definitely did gather more. 3. It’s ordinary in a good way - I went to five clinics in total, and among them, this one had decent reviews and seemed to operate within reasonable limits, so I chose it. 4. They’re kind - I intentionally didn’t choose the main director and instead selected the doctor based on experience and impression? The consultation was very detailed and they paid close attention to me. The manager here also wasn’t pushy and was kind, which I really liked. Disadvantages 1. The bulky-nose feeling doesn’t go away - If you look through the reviews for this clinic, the nose still seems like a bulky nose with small nostrils and a large alar base. I kept worrying about this when choosing the clinic, but I chose something ordinary rather than being greedy and manipulating it too much. It seems like high risk, high return. Because I decided that a narrow nose wouldn’t suit my rustic face.. 2. The asymmetry doesn’t improve - I knew this in advance and was prepared for it, but there was basically no improvement in asymmetry. The curve in the bridge stayed the same, and the inside nostril sizes were different, but the outside nostril sizes were almost the same so it doesn’t show. I don’t usually swell much and recover quickly, so even though 3 months had passed, I wrote this review. At a clinic that is famous even on this site, after three tries they sent me away saying my face absolutely needs a bridge. But among the clinics that said it could be done, I chose this one, and in the end I think it was the right choice. The side line of my nose became more feminine. However, I think I still need to watch out for issues like cartilage visibility or saddle nose. For people with rhinitis, I generally do not recommend alar reduction. Rather than getting plastic surgery according to trends, I hope you get surgery that fits your own facial structure and image. I hope this is a helpful review.
