I went in for consultation about nostril reduction, but since I said I was also considering nose surgery, they checked the tip and bridge too. They said nostril reduction has an effect from the front, but the bridge and tip would not have a big front-view effect. The doctor’s position was that doing the tip as well would be more aesthetically pleasing, but that just nostril reduction alone would also be fine. I asked whether there would be any problem raising the bridge and tip later if I first do nostril reduction, and they said there would be absolutely no problem. After the doctor’s consultation, during the staff manager consultation, since I was deciding between tip+nostrils and nostrils only, they said I should first do the nostrils I had always considered my biggest complex, and think about the tip later. I was drawn in by the manager’s kind attitude and ended up putting down the surgery date and deposit on the spot. (There was no pressure.) I canceled the surgery date, but the deposit is still held, and I’m still thinking about it while going to consultations at other clinics!
