I made the consultation appointment either on the same day or the day before, so they said it might be difficult to consult with the director I wanted. Even so, on the day of the consultation, the consultation manager said, since I had come all the way there, wouldn’t it be better to receive a consultation with the director I wanted, and used a brief opening to arrange a consultation with Director Ha, so I was grateful. The director was professional and explained things well, but because of the cost issue, I ultimately had it done at another clinic.
