I was sooo annoyed and busy to go around for consultations, so I just got alar reduction at Seoul Queen, which is known for nostril wings. Just like its nickname as an “alar factory,” they mechanically only reduce the alar area, but I’m satisfied. I had it done with an incision, but there’s no scar, and the incision site is so clean that nobody notices. However, although it can’t be helped if you only get alar reduction, I feel like the alar area has come down a little, so I’m thinking about an alar lift around next year.
