Would it sag less if I use autologous costal cartilage?? Up to my second surgery, I used cartilage, so I think that’s why it sagged. What bothers me the most right now is that my nasal tip looks droopy, so autologous costal cartilage feels kind of like my last resort.. When I watch vlogs of revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, the nasal tip definitely looks more lifted than the nose itself, so overall the nasal bridge looks sharp and high (there’s not even 1 bit of a droopy feeling..) Since it kept sagging after using cartilage, I guess using rib cartilage is the right choice.... Since this is my second revision surgery, I’m not considering the cost right now, so even if it’s expensive, I’d like to hear whether people who have tried autologous costal cartilage are satisfied (I’m going to visit ㅎㄴㅂ and ㅎㅇㅇㄷ, so you don’t have to recommend hospitals...)
유비니코할래 Autologous costal cartilage is firm, so it really seems like there is no drooping.. How about going for a consultation at ㅎㄴㅂ and ㅎㅇㅇㄷ? If it is a third surgery, I think you must have a lot on your mind.
