When doing a revision, did you use all autologous costal cartilage or donor costal cartilage? I originally used ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone, but is doing a nose redo with donor costal cartilage not good? It seems like everyone is using autologous costal cartilage. Also, if ear cartilage was used on one side before, in a revision do you use the other side ear cartilage? After surgery, my nasal tip (tip projection) improved a lot, but the 복코 is almost unchanged. If anyone has a good way to handle this, please recommend... How are 루브르 ㅇㅅㅇ and 히트 ㅎㅅㅊ?
