My posterior canthoplasty failed, my restoration failed, and I went for a consultation for restoration plus secondary canthoplasty. First, the consultation manager has tattoos and is scary. They are blunt and not kind at all. But they handled the consultation professionally. They did not tell me what to do based on personal opinions, but asked very meticulously about my surgery history and surgical methods in complete detail, asked what direction I wanted, and recorded everything. This gave me some trust. Based on the chart they recorded, I had a consultation with the doctor, and during the consultation I got emotional and cried. But the doctor did not try to rush and leave, calmly listened to everything I said, answered all the questions I asked, and honestly told me what was possible and what was not. After the consultation, I truly felt much better emotionally. There were reviews saying the consultation was short and perfunctory, but maybe because I looked like I was having a hard time, at least for me they did their best in the consultation. When I asked if they could do it before 6 months, they said no, and that also made me trust them. There are reviews saying they sometimes fail because they do too much, but if it is done naturally without overdoing it, I think getting posterior and lower canthoplasty here would be okay. I couldn't wait 6 months, so I did it somewhere else, but if I end up having revision surgery a few years later, I will do it here. Since mine was revision posterior canthoplasty, I think the price was roughly around this, and I remember there was an additional charge if doing lower canthoplasty.
