The muscle tightening was done well, but the jowl fat removal was insufficient, so I had it removed while getting a mini lift. The mark from where the jowl fat pocket? fat had been removed remained, so it was clumped around the mouth like scar tissue. Right after the first surgery, people around me complimented me a lot and said it turned out well. They definitely seem good at double chin surgery
