Fat Grafting Photos and Tips [From After Surgery to 1 Year and 1 Month]…

Nice to meet you!! About a month ago, I posted a 1-year review of my fat grafting... Everyone said so many kind things, saying I looked pretty, and showed so much interest(?) that I don’t know what to do with myself♥ Show us more photos!!! I received quite a few messages from people saying that lol To protect my privacy while still showing photos, I’m posting again this time with coloring over my eyes. Um.. I’m now at 13 months.. The fat has engrafted naturally and well, and thankfully it hasn’t disappeared and is staying in place nicely^^ Honestly, I don’t even remember my old face anymore haha Oh, and in my case, I felt a bit depressed for about 2–3 weeks because of the swelling.. To explain that... Fillers or autologous blood injections?? don’t really cause swelling, right.. Those are not grafted, they’re only injected into one layer of the skin, so there’s no swelling even after the procedure.. In the case of 3D micro fat grafting.. it’s inserted throughout all layers of the skin.. so they say the instrument used to inject the fat goes in and out of the face hundreds of times.. That’s how the freshly harvested fat placed layer by layer survives well in that area, they say~ This technique is very difficult, so doctors apparently don’t really want to do it. Like clinics that freeze and store fat for retouching.. as if they don’t do it because it’s troublesome... They say even if no fat is injected and only the instrument is inserted and removed, the face swells a lot.. haha That’s why, when you get 3D micro fat grafting, since fat is inserted and the instrument is repeatedly inserted too, they say it swells a lot~ There are many clinics that use frozen stored fat for retouching, and the reason they do that is because they don’t have to purify the fat and it’s convenient!! They say it only takes 15–30 minutes for the procedure~~ That’s why they do it up to the 4th~5th round! Even if you put dead cells in, it’s not like they’ll come back to life.. It’s better to use fresh, living fat harvested that same day. If you use frozen fat, it will all be absorbed and disappear anyway. Please make sure you know this before doing it!! ★ And.. since some people describe it as getting fat “injections”(?) when I heard the explanation, for example, for forehead grafting, they said they make just one hole in the forehead, inject the fat all at once, and then spread the fat across the entire forehead by hand?? lol No, seriously, are there really places like that??... That kind of place seems like a clinic run by a quack doctor trying to live off patients’ money... -ㅅ-a. Let’s be careful, everyone!! ♥ - P.S I also found out about the clinic where I had surgery by reading reviews in a community. From right after surgery until my swelling got better, I only looked at that person’s photos on my computer.. Because I experienced that too, I hope that while people read my review.. if there’s anyone like me, they can find some comfort. But compared with the person in the photos I saw, my swelling went down much faster.. I think the amount of swelling and how long it lasts probably differs depending on how much fat is injected. ^^ The weather has gotten quite chilly Be careful not to catch a cold!
