Is there anyone who has trouble breathing after costal cartilage surgery?

I had costal cartilage surgery, and if I put my finger deep inside my nose, is it called the septum? It seems like costal cartilage has been placed as supports on both sides of that bone to hold it up. This was revision surgery, and it has been about 1 year since the surgery. When I previously had surgery with ear cartilage, I could only feel the implants at the nasal bridge and nasal tip, but this is the first time an implant has gone this deep inside my nose and is supporting it. I waited thinking it must be swelling, but seeing that it is still like this after 1 year, I think it is not swelling, but rather the costal cartilage supporting next to the septum has made the airway smaller. It feels as if there is a huge booger constantly inside my nose. So when I breathe, my breathing sound is loud and uncomfortable, like my nose is clogged with a booger. It is hard to breathe, and I feel like my nasal voice is very severe, so I told the hospital. They said they could shave down a little of the costal cartilage inside the nose, but if they shave it down, it could become weak and the nasal tip may droop... Honestly, I want to take everything out and redo only the nasal tip. I really do not want to have surgery ever again, but more than an issue of shape, this is a functional issue, so it is really hard. I cannot breathe entirely through my nose alone. I have to breathe through my mouth too Is there anyone like me, by any chance? After having costal cartilage, because you could not breathe well, is there anyone who got better after having the inside shaved down a bit, or anyone who had it completely removed and had surgery again with another material or another method?
