They responded kindly when I went for the consultation and gave practical advice. Since they definitely have a lot of experience and many patients, both the consultation manager and the doctor seemed to make decisions quickly. But because there are so many patients, if you prefer not to go to a large hospital, it does feel a bit unsettling..
