He came into the consultation room, not the director’s office, wearing a mask, so it felt like he had stepped out in the middle of surgery, which lowered my trust... He recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning and fat grafting, and there was a review event. Still, the director was kind, and the consultation manager also tried to explain things well.
