I went for a consultation for my first surgery for functional rhinoplasty, a hump nose, and a long nose. It was good that they showed me a lot of before-and-after surgery photos. The doctor seemed very confident, but I felt a bit taken aback because he suggested putting in a chin implant, which I hadn't even thought of, and talked as if there were almost no side effects. The price was also a bit burdensome, so I put it on hold for now.
