A real epicanthoplasty, just a tiny bit, about 0.5~7 mm per side? That's all I'm going to do. My nose is neither high nor low, so I'm only raising it by 3 mm. If I do epicanthoplasty + rhinoplasty, will my eyes look closer together? I'm originally opening the eyes by about 0.5 mm, but if I do it together with the nose, will they look more slit or something?
