I went for a consultation, and since I’m in a situation where my septal cartilage can’t be used, other clinics recommended costal cartilage, but this was the only place that recommended silicone and ear cartilage, so I was tempted. It is expensive for a primary surgery, but I’m planning to think about it a little more and put down a deposit,,. The consultation manager was very kind.
