Review of fat grafting to my face and breasts!!! haha An older friend I know got fat grafting, and she came back with the kind of facial contours I really like, so I was totally drawn in~ haha (I’ll write in a casual clipped style~ I’m not great at writing~ hahaha) I kept pestering her and got the hospital name and info out of her~ haha At first I went in thinking I’d only do my face, but the director said breasts were possible too, so I showed my breasts as well~ hahaha When I heard breast augmentation was possible with fat grafting too, I just went for it without thinking it through~ ha In the end, I don’t regret it~~~ It may not be a huuuuge jackpot, but I’d say it’s at least a medium-big jackpot!!! haha After consulting with the director, I was waiting to schedule it and looking around, and there were quite a lot of people~ (oh~ oh~) Turns out it was a hospital fairly well known for fat grafting~ (oh~ oh~) With my heart pounding and fluttering (up until then, breasts... nonexistent.. -_ㅡ;;;), I waited for surgery day~ ha Surgery day~ I had a breast ultrasound, decided where the fat would go in my face and breasts, and got onto the operating table~ ha Thinking that everything would be different when I woke up made me so excited~ haha The surgery ended while I was in a pretty dazed state~ I’d heard rumors that some people say things like sleep-talking under anesthesia, so embarrassment hit me first~ hahaha (What if I blabbered something while I was under anesthesia? hahaha) The director showed me a mirror and told me to take a look~ Ohhh~ I was totally moved~ My face looked totally cute~ and breasts I didn’t have before had appeared all perky~ it was like, oh yeah~ hahaha I went home, ate, took my medicine, and immediately passed out~ hahaha The next day I went to the hospital again~ They said fat grafting deflates quickly, so I had to keep getting injections to prevent it from deflating~ They said it was a saengchan or engraftment injection~ (I have goldfish IQ, so my memory is short~ lol) I got it once every two days... This was a bit annoying~ but it was included in the surgery cost, so I made sure to get them all~ hahaha After a week, the stitches were removed and the swelling had gone down to some extent~ My face kept feeling bouncy, whether it was from swelling or the fat~ ha For my breasts, I briefly tried on the underwear I wore before surgery, and it was tight~ hahaha (I felt amazing then~ hahaha) They had told me to wear loose underwear for a while~ but it felt so good that I kept putting on my old underwear and doing a little show by myself~ hahaha 10 days after surgery~ I met my friends~ ha Out of jealousy and envy, my friends were talking loudly and excitedly at the cafe, spitting as they spoke! hahaha (I felt, so this is why people say being pretty is tiring... hahaha) About a month and a half passed~ ha I scheduled the second round and got excited all over again~ haha There wasn’t much volume loss before the second round~ People say that by almost 2 months after fat grafting, it all disappears, but strangely mine didn’t go down much~ I was in a self-absorbed state, thinking I was somehow blessed~ hahaha Of course, my breasts didn’t go down much either~ haha Since it was the end of the year, the schedule was totally packed~ blaming my lazy personality, I scheduled it for the earliest available day... wow~ I pushed the consultant and made her promise that if there was any cancellation, she’d put me in right away, then came home~ hahaha Finally finished the second round too~ The second time, I was a bit less nervous and less embarrassed~ ha As soon as the surgery ended, I was the one who asked them to show me the mirror first~ hahaha Ohhh~ this is insane~ haha They put less into my face than the first round, but the contours were completely defined~ And my breasts got even fuller~ hahaha At home by myself, I took out a bikini and tried it on~ Oops, I hadn’t locked the door~ my mom came in and scolded me, calling me crazy~ Still, as she left, she said my breasts had gotten bigger and looked pretty~ Mom~ that’s the power of the doctor-god~ hahaha My face is bouncy too~ My breasts fill out my underwear tightly even without a padded bra~ I feel so good~ So this is why people get plastic surgery~ hahaha In the end, the face/breast fat grafting I got was Face: hu~ge jackpot!!! Breasts: medium~big jackpot!!! Combined, just about a jackpot haha I’m planning to get only my breasts done again this winter and am saving money~ hahaha
