The director explained using professional terms. It was nice that they put up before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine and consulted while showing them. They answered everything I was curious about. If I hadn’t prepared questions, the consultation would probably have ended faster than expected. There was no pressure from the manager to pay a reservation deposit.
