I was the only one who had much more consultation with the doctor than with the consultation coordinator. He was kind and also picked up on my facial features. It seemed like he pursued naturalness rather than overdoing it, and because he doesn't use the septum, I didn't have surgery at this hospital, but it was good enough that I think I would have done it here if my nose hadn't needed the septum.
