The director really seems to prioritize safety. At other clinics, most suggested using both septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nose tip, but at this clinic they said that if only ear cartilage is used, you can return to your original nose if something goes wrong. More than anything, the fact that they can take a plaster model and choose the silicone I want during surgery was very appealing to me. And the fact that they only use ear cartilage and therefore don’t put cotton inside the nose after surgery also seems like an advantage. But I’m worried because I heard that if only ear cartilage is used for the nose tip, it can gradually sag. They said they would do a paid revision surgery if there is inflammation.
