I wondered when 3 months would ever come, but it finally did Since it’s month 3, I went to an imaging center connected with the hospital and had an ultrasound! It had been so long since I exercised, so because of my upper-arm fat I lifted dumbbells a few times. I didn’t do chest exercises, but maybe my chest was getting engaged when I moved my arms I thought I was being careful and kept checking whether I was putting force into the upper chest, but after seeing the ultrasound, the ever-kind Dr. Park Jihoon somehow noticed right away and told me I had built muscle and should hold back.. heh, taking a short break from exercise They said I can now wear bras freely and sleep on my stomach I should have done it earlier; worrying only delays time I need to hurry and buy pretty underwear Everyone, fighting!!!!! In the photo my arms are raised and I’m not wearing shaping underwear, so they don’t come together, but when I lower my arms they gather prettily~!!
