It’s been 1 day since surgery Because I had a low, droopy arrow-shaped nose, they built up the support with septal cartilage, tied the nasal tip, put silicone on the bridge, and placed septal cartilage on the tip. But since I don’t have much flesh in my skin, the cartilage placed there was really showing. So after 1 year and 6 months... they removed the septal cartilage on top and said they loosened the tip-tying a little. But after seeing a slightly rounder nasal tip, maybe because I’m looking at it now, I wonder if it’s too pointy. How does it look?
