I'm planning revision surgery and have questions!! Please take a look

I had a consultation. Even before surgery, my nose was upturned, flat, and bulbous. I had no nasal bridge at all. But even after surgery, only the flat nasal tip came up, and the bulbous nose stayed the same.. So I'm planning to have revision surgery again at the place where I had the surgery this time. I said my nose is too unchanged and asked them to make it a bit more refined, and they said then they just need to put in more ear cartilage. Does the nose become sharper the more ear cartilage is added?? And if you look at the photo, the nasal ala area is too big. Is that so big because they put in too much cartilage;;? Why is it that big?? Whenever I take photos, my nose comes out shaped like that, and when I just look at it with my eyes, it doesn't look that severe.. But when I take a photo and look at it, the nose shape comes out really weird like that And what the hospital says is that my original nose was kind of a bulbous nose like that, so with one surgery it can't become sharp.. Is that true? Can I trust this hospital and have revision surgery there again.. But what the hospital says is that even if I have revision surgery again, don't have huge expectations.. Don't expect a really big difference from now.. But in my opinion, the line between the nasal ala area and the nasal bridge is not smooth, and the bridge is too low compared with the nasal ala area, so for the revision surgery I'm thinking of raising the bridge more.. What on earth is the problem with my nose??
