After fat grafting~

It’s now day 17 since I had fat grafting to my forehead, anterior cheekbones, nasolabial area, and chin~ For 10 days, it was really a battle with swelling~ After day 10, just like everyone here said, the swelling started going down a lot~ I met a friend for the first time in a while, and she’s such a sly one, but she didn’t recognize me~ hahahaha Actually, my forehead wasn’t severe, but it was a little flat, so I’m somewhat satisfied with my forehead~ I’m also satisfied with the nasolabial area, but for the fat grafted into the anterior cheekbones, I do have a little bit of lateral cheekbone, and I guess I should say my cheekbones look even more emphasized~?? When I read reviews here from people who had fat grafting, some said they were going to get cheekbone surgery but succeeded with fat grafting instead~ Some said their face looked smaller after fat grafting~ After reading those reviews, I also thought my face might look a bit smaller, but why does my face actually look bigger instead~?? It hasn’t even been a month since my first procedure yet, so of course more fat will go down, but fat grafting is below my expectations~ I really, really thought I’d become prettier~ I thought I’d transform, poof~~ into a classy, youthful-looking face~ lol Did I choose the wrong clinic?? It’s not a clinic famous for fat grafting~ but my previous nose surgery there turned out natural, so I didn’t even check anywhere else and just went for it~ Well, the chin has gone down so much that it’s not much different from before~ I made a big decision and wanted to look prettier since I’d already done it~ I’m depressed~ The second round is in two months, and I’m wondering if I should tell the doctor not to put any into the anterior cheekbones~ What should I ask the doctor for during the second round~ This doctor seems like the type who only says exactly what they need to say~ Anyway, please comfort me because I’m feeling down~^^
