It’s now day 5 after surgery. The facial swelling has gone down a bit, but I still have bruising. Yellow bruises lol This is the side profile~ For my nose, I didn’t put in any silicone or implants at all. I had the hump shaved down, lateral nasal osteotomies, and only the nasal tip was built up with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. It feels like it didn’t turn out very high, so that’s a bit disappointing. It’s too natural
