After looking at my nose, they said it would be good to use donated costal cartilage, and when I showed them the nose shape I wanted, they said donated costal cartilage wasn’t needed and that my nasal septum and ear cartilage would be enough. They didn’t explain the specifics and just kept saying it would definitely work and was possible... so I passed
