I had surgery for a deviated septum, had the protruding dorsal hump shaved down, and had my drooping nasal tip lifted. The director was kind, and the managers were all kind too. At other clinics, they said that if I had osteotomy, my nose would come out looking pretty and slim, but here they said that unless I felt it was something I really had to do, I didn’t need to do it. However, after surgery, as the dorsal hump disappeared, my nose looked too flat from the front, which surprised me. I think it would have been better if they had told me about those points during the consultation.
